Mākohakoha, Te Rau Ora invite you to join the third webinar of this series; Aku Tangi Kōrero: Utilising Karakia in Practice. The aim is to enhance the practice of kaimahi Māori working with whānau in the mental health and addiction sectors. Hosted by Terri Cassidy for Te Oro Tapu, our impressive kaikōrero Moe Milne and Ngamaru Raerino present whakaaro and discuss karakia. They give practical tips to contribute and compliment practice for kaimahi Māori in today’s contemporary context. They begin and end with karakia to uplift and protect mauri, create peace and oneness with the environment and kaupapa with those who attend.
